Af came today and I just want to be pregnant.
My boyfriend and I have been trying on and off for the past year now. And I have no idea where to start and be able to get pregnant successfully. My last cycle was the first time I used opks and Preseed lube. What are things you all did that seemed to help you get prego? I just would love some help with this.
