Teething?

My baby is 8 months and since yesterday he has been rejecting his bottle and barley wants to eat and he has been wanting his pacifier SO much lately and always has his hangs in his mouth and drooling a lot plus last night he barley slept! He was being so fussy during the whole night. Could all this be symptoms if teething? He is my first baby so I am new to all of this 😅
