What would you do??

Hello so I am a pre-K teacher (currently in the toddlers class) & I'm currently on administrator leave for false accusations against me. Basically as I was about to leave work earlier today to head to my appointment, my director calls me in the office and says that apparently it's been brought to his attention that I haven't been changing my students diapers regularly and I've only been changing them every hour or two which is a complete lie. I make sure my kids are clean at all times, he said he was going to watch the camera & I should be able to return in a day or two I'm definitely feeling uncomfortable with returning because idk what the next thing might be and my freedom is way more important than a job. Would you quit and not return if you were in this situation or would you return and put in your two weeks notice?
