I guess it depends on what you like to watch. 
I like a variety of stuff and I try to find shows with tons of seasons. 
On Paramount + I watched all seasons of Big Brother, The Challenge and RuPauls drag Race and every spin off of those shows I have started to watch. It has taken me months to watch all the episodes in all the seasons which is why I like it
