Spotting for 9 days

So I got my IUD removed on the 21st of March. And been ttc after that no luck but on August 8th I began to spot. I’m still currently spotting.. so idk what’s going on ): my other periods after the removal have been pretty regular nothing out of the ordinary. I should begging my period soon… but I’m just confused has anyone been thru this? Could it really be because of the IUD? I have a doc next week so I will have to wait till then to figure out what’s going on /:
