OB prescribed aspirin, what’s your experience?

My OB prescribed a low dose aspirin for me to take up to 3x daily to help possibly prevent IUGR and high blood pressure due to having those complications last pregnancy. Any mommas here who took aspirin and had healthy babies and pregnancies? I know we should listen to our doctors but does the possible benefit outweigh the risks?

I took it in my 3rd trimester and baby is healthy! Only took 1 a day though, in the morning.

I’ve taken it all three pregnancies. Babies have been completely fine. I only took one baby aspirin (81mg) a day though.

My doctor prescribed me child chewable aspirin 81mg to lower my chances of preeclampsia because I have signs of an autoimmune disease so apparently the chewable aspirin will help to not have preeclampsia. This is my first pregnancy and I’m 4weeks away from my due date and so far everything is good with me and baby.
