I’ve had so many Braxton hicks for the last 3 weeks but they’ve never stayed this consistent for this long. They start to get closer and then spread back out to 10 ish minutes. So annoying. Been nearly 2 hours. They are pretty uncomfortable to the point of not being able to talk for a good 20 seconds or so.

Good luck mama! Pre labour sucks... But this is your body getting ready. Suuuper hard to do BUT try and relax. Keep your body moving gently. Loads of sitting on a yoga ball if you have or the toilet if you don't. Warm ralxing baths help so much! Soon your early labour will start! Speaking from experience here btw. I was in pre labour from my first for a whole week. In the end all I needed was rest.
