Could this be early labor

4th time mom im currently 36+5 i was 1cm dilated last week thursday. I have never gone into labor on my own so I never experienced early labor. I was induced with my older 3 I have been having hot flashes, nausea, contractions but aren't close enough together and arent painful, back pain and pelvis pain on and off since yesterday
