What we’re some early labor signs?

With my daughter I barely felt anything. I didn’t even know I was having contractions on Pitocin until my water broke. Well with my di/di boys and they’re moving like crazy, I’ve had some really tight ab muscles, for about a week I’ve had increased discharge that’s been egg white looking, sometimes big stingy pieces other times smaller ball like shapes. I’ve had some cramps around my C-section scar, but I wasn’t sure if that was because of having a scar or something else. I’m only 33+6 but I’m pretty uncomfortable and a little worried. At 30weeks they were 3lbs already so who knows how big they are. I have an appointment next Thursday to schedule my C-section and check their growth but I’m afraid I’m missing signs of early labor. Please help. Thanks in advance.
