Cramping with spotting

So I’ve had my first medicated IUI this cycle and I’m at 13 dpo. Getting a blood test today. I’m cramping intermittently and have a pink tinge when I wipe. I’ve also had some brown spotting but it went away. Could this be implantation or coming of AF?
