Advice about implantation

Hey ladies hope you are well

Initially had a question about cramps as I hardly feel much cramps but past two days have felt cramps.

But now have just seen bleeding on panty liner (sorry its tmi!) i was due to start period in 2/3 (different apps) days and I am really not sure if its period or if its implantation (didn’t even try properly as I first time having sex without anxiety taking over but he did cum a bit and it was around the fertile window maybe one day off not sure.) I usually start on the day or later and do not often start early tbh.
