Constant bv

Ugh here I go again everytime I get rid of it we have sex and it comes back. My husband doesn’t eat right enough to keep it from coming back. The probiotics I take only work for so long. I just got done with taking flagyl 2weeks ago had my period now its back again. Can you use boric acid suppositories while ttc? Ive heard that it kills the sperm. We both take probiotics but he drinks beer and alot of pop so he keeps giving me bv. What can I do to help? My gyn just says come as needed for antibiotics.
