Pregnancy Test Result after IVF

I was wondering has anyone tested at home a few days before their blood work after an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> transfer around 7-8 dpt and got negative results? but then their blood work came back positive when you return to the doctors?
