Second nuchal scan

I just went for my second attempt at the nuchal scan and baby would not cooperate again. They said I don’t get any more tries and they can’t do it. Now what???? I’m in Canada and they said I need to ask my doctor about more blood tests but my doctor doesn’t know wtf I’m asking about. Anyone in Canada know? Ultrasound tech said harmony or invitae but I can’t find anything online about how to get it done.
