Gastroenteritis

I’ve been abroad in North Africa and had gastroenteritis causing diarrhea 10+ times a day for 5 days and not been able to eat at all during that time. This has led to extreme fatigue where I could barely stand up or take care of my one year old and I’m 12 weeks pregnant so when I got back I went to the hospital and they said just to monitor for the next few days. I had +1 ketones in my urine but they didn’t seem worried. Has anyone else gone so long losing nutrition and energy and turned out ok?
