7 weeks bleeding, going for U/S

I’m 7 weeks pregnant

A couple days ago I started lightly spotting pink

Then yesterday it turned red and was more than spotting (but not heavily bleeding). I also passed a clot.

Went to ER to be assessed

They checked my beta hcg which came back at 4,227

The dr said my cervix was closed

She tried to do an U/S but couldn’t see much so I’m going to the ultrasound clinic today

I don’t feel very hopeful but looking for people who have experienced the same

I have 2 healthy children and have never experienced loss or bleeding during pregnancy
