Pregnant or left over HCG?

I had my baby 6 weeks ago,

I started taking the pill 2 weeks ago (I have been spotting ever since taking it until today) however during the first 7 days taking it you aren’t protected against pregnancy and on day 5 and 6 my partner forgot to pull out.

It’s been 8 days since and I took a test and it’s very slightly positive, I took an opk and that’s dark as well but with the pill you don’t ovulate I don’t think?

I’m not sure if you can see it.

Is this a new pregnancy or left over HCG from giving birth6 weeks ago?
