Feeling like I am dominating this 💪
Okay, maybe not “dominating”…. But definitely had a big win yesterday!
I failed my 3 hour test exactly one week ago. Since then I bought and read the book “Real Food for Gestational Diabetes” as well as listened to a few podcasts (the nutritionist still hasn’t reached out to me). I completely altered my diet since then and yesterday was the FIRST day I started tracking. ALL of my numbers were below 100 🙌
I know it was only day one, but I am definitely relieved that my diet was able to influence my blood sugar enough. I’m hoping that if I keep this up I won’t need insulin 🤞
