Is this twins?

I’m mildly panicking. The ultrasound tech said she can’t confirm that it is twins until she sees a heartbeat but it looks like twins. Has anyone had this and it’s not twins?

Twins!!! You can see the deciduous reaction on both spots! Do you see a brighter ring around the two of them?

Answer

I would say yes. Until they see an embryo they assume it may be a hematoma, but the way both these sacs have a ring around them I'd say they're both gestational sacs.
