I’m 32 weeks pregnant with my 2nd. I noticed a tiny bit of milk a few weeks ago but I woke up this morning with large spots on my shirt from where my left boob leaked milk all night. I never experienced this with my first until after my water broke at 35 weeks then I leaked obviously, but never before.

Any things I should/shouldn’t do? I’ll definitely need to invest in breast pads so I don’t leak through my shirt 😅
