Since I’m not high risk my doctor told me I’m not going to have another ultrasound (last one was at 18w)

They did do a quick one of check if baby was head down (literally just on the bottom of my tummy for 5 seconds)

How would anyone know if baby is growing on track & has enough amniotic fluid??? I don’t drink a lot of water so now I’m worried😥 (I know I should but it just makes me have to pee SO often)

I’m 35 weeks.
