HELP ME PLEASE

Hello! I really need your help. Well, i didn't have sex this month but during my fertile window i masturbated my bf and when he came i had some sperm on my hand which i immediately wiped off. Then i got dressed and i went to the bathroom to wash my vagina and i washed it with the hand that had sperm on it (again, which i wiped off) but I am so scared because i dont want to be pregnant. Is there any possibility to be at risk? My period is one week late and im freaking out
