My baby is 5 weeks old and he struggles so much to poop. He went from pooping up to 7 times a day to now only once, sometimes not even that. I combo feed him but at the moment he's been getting more formula than breastmilk bc im not producing enough. I spoke to his dr a couple weeks ago and he mentioned around this age he can go up to 4 days without pooping. He spends a lot of his day pushing and grunting sometimes to the point that he starts to cry. Should I be worried?
