Just found out we are having a boy now bleeding

Did any other moms lightly bleed through their pregnancy? I’ve been bleeding since the beginning with this pregnancy I’m 14 weeks but I’m getting nervous because it is happening more now. I have called my doctor just waiting for the call back.
