my boyfriend and I have been tested before and came back negative for all test. Now I've been having yellow foul smelling discharge and he's bleeding a little from his penis, he says it's a UTI but I feel he has cheated. I have a Dr appointment on Monday but can it really be a UTI or is it an STD??? Has anyone ever had this happen to them.

If you’re having symptoms and he’s having symptoms.. then yes.. sounds like he cheated. You wouldn’t be experiencing symptoms from his UTI & UTI’s are very uncommon in men.

A uti isn't contagious or sexually transmitted from what I have always been told. They are also pretty uncommon in men in general. I'd get an std test because it sounds more likely to me.

No one here can tell you what you have. So get a test and take from there. Don't make yourself crazy over assumptions, deal with hard facts that you know are true, like a test. Don't go start a fight over something you don't know what it is yet and after you have to regret it. If indeed it turns out to be a STI/STD then you can still get angry.

I’ve never had yellow foul smelling discharge from a UTI… usually just burning/constant urge to pee and I have bled from one before. The color/smell of the discharge to me sounds like something more than a uti. Definitely get him and you tested ASAP.

My husband has had many UTIs from dehydration and not drinking water ever and he’s never bled. Not to say it’s impossible, just uncommon but blood is found in urine of some people that have UTI’s. Now, the other symptoms are alarming. First thing that comes to mind is STD.
