My baby is 5 months old and I just found out I'm pregnant again

Hi all please no judgement. I have 3 children, 8, 6 and 5 months old. I was on the pill and using condoms and I've just found out I'm pregnant again. Can I please have some honest experiences from people with 4 children and close age gaps.

My 1st two were only a year and 10 months apart but these two will only be 14 months apart and I'm so scared. This wasn't planned and my heads mince with it all. No hate please just looking for some honest advice/support.
