My water broke at my 38 week appointment right on the table. It was the funniest thing ever and was not expecting it either. We took it slow at first letting my body do its thing. Finally around 10pm I decided to start pitocin at a 1. Did that for 2 hours. Still going smoothly with barely any pain. Midnight bumped up the potocin to a 3. Started to get more contractions. My midwife came in a bumped it to a 5 at 3:45 and 15 minutes later I had to push. She was coming and there was no stopping it. She came out like a rocket at 2:05 am. She was here and perfect. My best and easiest birth of all 5 pregnancy. We love her so much.
