G ✨ • Wed, Aug 31 • Mama to 2 little girls. 2 years old and newborn • May babies

4 dominant follicles on the right and 1 on the left. Came home to a positive opk. I know at least one follicle was 20mm+. Hoping for the best!!! Endometrium was 10mm as well. Letrozole seems to have worked for more follicles.
