Facial numbness after intense orgasm

Hey guys,

I'm a little freaked out and I was just wondering if any of you have experienced something similar! Yesterday, I had an intense orgarm and afterwards my face went super numb, especially my lips. It felt like I just went to the dentist and I couldn't control my facial expressions, however I didn't see my face in the mirror at the time so I don't know if I truly had any movement issues. 10 to 15 minutes later, I was back to normal. Any thoughts on this? Stroke or normal? ( btw I'm 33 years old)
