telling work you’re pregnant ?

hey guys ! so i just found out i’m pregnant, i’m 5 weeks. when should i tell work i’m pregnant ? only thing is i work for a diagnostics company and i process all kinds of specimen from blood to urine or stool etc. a lot of the times i’m pouring urine samples into other smaller vials. i started not too long ago and the pregnant woman next to me had mentioned not being able to do urine samples because she’s pregnant. does that mean i should let them know right away ? i’m only hesitant because i just started not too long ago and i’m so early, i’ve had a miscarriage before and i prefer handling things like that in private. so i’m not sure when i should say something.
