Vagina is HURTING 😩

My period ended last Saturday and this morning, my vagina feels very tender with pressure in my uterus and in my vagina as if my period is gonna restart at any second. I suppose I could be ovulating or starting to but my vagina doesn’t usually hurt like it currently is. There’s a lot of pressure at the opening of my vagina, it feels like something wants to come out. I’m pushing down but there’s no discharge or anything. And I have no cramps, just pressure on my uterus and lots of pressure on my vagina. I haven’t had sex in 4 months and my periods have been regular-ish. Not on BC or anything like that. Anyone ever had a similar experience?
