So nervous after stopping progesterone

I’ve read so many posts and I believe I posted myself a few times .. my Dr told me to stop taking progesterone when she saw me at 10 weeks 2 days.. I believe I stopped taking them around 10 weeks 5 days I finished out what I had left.. and now it’s just left me with such nervous anxiety that something could go wrong after stopping them.. I’ve broken out soo bad since stopping them and I’m nervous this could mean it’s dropping.. I know 10 weeks is a normal time to stop taking progesterone but it still hasn’t eased my anxiety
