I am 7 weeks 3 days pregnant. Last week I spotted some pink light on a tissue. And passed some tissue. Felt fine. Fast forward to yesterday.. I passed tissue on the toilet. Just clearish. I got over a uti. And finished antibiotics. It was the first day off of them. Today I went for an Ultrasound and there was a heart beat but I’m having pretty bad cramps in my back. Maybe it’s bc I’m dehydrated? I picked up some coconut water. I do have a headache. I’m just kinda nervous. I know it can happen but what are the chances that these cramps in my back are mc pains? Especially with a heartbeat
