Caffeine in moderation is fine. I personally have chosen to not drink any caffeine at all during all 3 of my pregnancies. Personal choice

One cup is absolutely fine (assuming that one cup isn’t actually 3 shots of espresso).  I’m not drinking it much now because it seems to be making my nausea worse.

I drink coffee/lotus every day, I can't function without a little bit of caffeine. Just no energy drinks! and try to minimize your caffeine as much as possible, if you can't, just keep it under 200mg a day.

With my 3rd baby during the anatomy scan they thought he had an irregular heart beat so they sent me to a specialist who only does ultrasounds on baby’s heart and nothing else, and I told them I drink one cup of coffee every day plus a 12oz can of soda and they weren’t worried at all. They said that was perfectly ok and my baby ended up having absolutely nothing wrong with his heart. He’s 9 months old now and doing just fine. I’m also pregnant again with baby number 4 and haven’t changed anything as far as my one cup of coffee a day plus my 12oz can of soda and I’m 30 weeks along right now and my 20 week anatomy scan was perfect.
