Late, faint line now spotting and cramps!!!!

I have had 4 pregnancies so far. One son who is 17, 1 miscarriage and 2 ectopics. Is there any chance? I started spotting today pink/orange when I wipe but nothing in the pad. Uncomfortable cramps lower back and stomach. I’ve had all of the “typical” pregnancy symptoms we cling too. My cycles can vary between 24 - 40
