SCH encouragement

I think I’m just needing some encouragement. I’m 14 weeks. I’ve had a subchorionic hemorrhage since about 5 weeks, I spotted from week 5-9. I just had an ultrasound Thursday at 13+4 and my hemorrhage measured 17 x 11mm. It’s gotten bigger from 7.2 x 3.5mm at 6 weeks. That’s not a huge increase I don’t believe especially for the amount the baby has grown. But I’m just having more pulling in my abdomen and back tiredness today and I think I’m just freaking myself out because someone at work told me a horror story about her DIL today.
