Constipation

I am on day 5 of not being able to poop- literally had 1 rabbit poop yesterday which I would not even consider a poop! I was in the hospital for a few days and they gave me stool softener around the clock, I’m home not and supposed to “take it easy” so not nearly as active… but the last two days I’ve drank an entire cupful of Miralax and nada. I’m so clogged I’ve barely eaten lately because I have zero appetite prob bc there is zero room to put food. I even forced myself to eat sauerkraut last night- didn’t make any difference. Helpppppp
