25W extreme pain near belly button?

Hello all, 
I’m 25 W today and have a hernia from the pregnancy with my son two years ago. Today out of no where I started better extreme pain near my belly button and about 3 inches outward in all directions. Baby’s movement is still normal and I can feel her kicks etc. Any ideas what it could be or if I should see a doctor?

This has happened to me as well. Eventually baby moved down a bit and it subsided but it is still tender to touch it. I had it with my first but not as painful! The doc said if I can’t push it back in then to be more concerned…pushing it hurts but it does go back in.

I also had a hernia with my last pregnancy (2020) I had it repaired in 2021, then now pregnant again due in December and it hurts bad near my belly button too!
