Cash App or Zelle Scam

I'm selling my bridal set and I have a prospective buyer.

He mentioned Zelle or CashApp and honestly either will work but soon after I started seeing random ads about scams on both of those apps. I usually only use it for people I already know and trust. So this is a first.

Can someone request their money back on those apps? I'm a little reluctant now until I know for sure and I'm not finding much online and the buyer doesn't seem interested in paying cash.
