HELP HAS ANYONE DEALT WITH THIS BEFORE???

Hello Everyone, so I am really worried right now. I recently went to see my gyno for a yearly checkup and a few days she left a comment on MyChart saying that my pap came back with a low abnormality and that she wanted her staff to reach out to me to make a follow up appointment within 3 months to look at my cervix closely but when I scrolled down to the HPV results it said in red that it was positive and some kind of cell was detected. Now I am definitely calling in the morning too see about getting an appointment for the same day or Wednesday even if it's just with the nurse because I have so many questions and I told her I was going to be trying to conceive for September cycle now I don't know what to do. Has anyone ever dealt with this kind of pap smear results before? My fertile window starts on the 10th should I proceed or pause it for now? I'm so worried I was thinking about getting another pap done with my primary Dr for an second look and opinion.
