Non hormonal birth control?
I’m trying to switch to a non hormonal birth control that isn’t an insertion or injection method (anything a doctor has to put in me). If you have any recommendations I would really appreciate it… The struggle is so real and I’m tired of being frustrated and upset with the fact that there isn’t a non hormonal pill in the US.. it’s been like 70 years and no advancements. 🙄
