Today is my due date… went pee before bed, while washing my hands felt a gush, panties were wet to the point some fluid leaked on the ground. But not a lot just a drop or so….. hmm when to call doc?? Wait to see if I have contractions?? Not sold it was my water breaking but it was SOMETHING. FTM btw lol

That’s exactly what happened to me last night! I waited until morning and it kept leaking little by little. Went in at 10am and when I got to the hospital had a MASSIVE gush all over the floor🤣they admitted me and baby girl was born 6 hours later💗🥰

They’ll want you to come in and test for amniotic fluid. It’s a quick swab. Amniotic fluid comes out in gushes not all at once so keep checking for more leaking and head to labor and delivery.

That’s how mine broke the first time! It was after I peed and then took my retainer out and stood up and felt a gush but it was such a small amount. I laid down and sat up to check and a small amount more came out. I called my doctor and went in. It was my fore water the water around the sack so it wasn’t a huge gush. I would head to delivery!! Good luck mama!!!

Def sounds like water breaking.
The worst that happens is they send you home.
But that’s how my water broke with my second, just a small gush. I had contractions that started right away after though so I knew that’s what it was.

Not everyone’s water breaks in a huge puddle…some people have small gushes. Try laying on your side for a few minutes and standing up to see if there is another gush. In any event; they can test to see if it is in fact amniotic fluid
