Weird period 7 weeks after getting off the pill

I stopped taking the pill 7 weeks ago, had an immediate withdrawal bleed then nothing the rest of the time. I started spotting lightly two days ago, it sometimes gets heavy and then sometimes almost nothing. Should I be considering this a first natural period and can start tracking cycle days after this stops? We are TTC and have no clue how to start tracking everything since its been so out of whack.
