I suffered a second missed miscarriage at the end of June, I had a D&C a week later, waited 3 weeks and took a pregnancy test as instructed which still come back with a faint line, got told to come back in for a scan, and had to be booked in for a follow up procedure as tissue was still present!

Had a second procedure on 1st august, and it’s been just over 5 weeks since. I tested negative last week but now I’m worried that I haven’t got my period yet. I’ve been doing ovulation tests every day to see if I’m ovulating but haven’t had any spikes present yet. I’m worried that I’m not gonna have a period again. We want to start trying to conceive again but I’m not sure what to do, any help would be amazing!
