Plan B questions

Andrea

I've taken plan b a couple times before. But this is the first time I didn't take it right away. I waited a couple days. Long story short, i was trying to get pregnant but decided the dude I was with wasn't worthy anymore so I took the plan b 2 days after we had sex. It's been 2 weeks now and I've taken pregnancy tests which have all come out negative. I still haven't gotten my period and I feel like I'm ovulating again? Like I'm getting the same pains and mucus as i do when ovulating. Has anyone else been through this? Is it normal to skip a period and go back to ovulating? I do have PCOS, but idk.

You aren't ovulating again. Plan B likely pushed out your ovulation to prevent pregnancy, and now your body is trying again to ovulate.

plan b delays ovulation, it’s normal, and your cycle may be off for a few months

Go to the plan b website. It'll explain what you are experiencing.
