so i basically bs the first 5 weeks & now im really trying to just breastfeed, last 2 days my breast been hurting like crazy, latch baby & everything is fine.. today i went to feed him, everytime i touch my breast, breastmilk goes EVERY WHERE.

Just latch latch latch. Latch on demand or every 2-3 hours. 
The only way to know if babe is getting enough is by watching the wet diapers. 6+ wet diapers a day equals plenty of milk. 
It’s supply and demand. The more you empty your breast, the more you’ll make.
