13 weeks bleeding...

Has anyone had bleeding only in the mornings and alowly empties thru the day and goes away but starts back up in the morning when you stsnd up??

So yesturday i stook up and had lightish red blood and bad cramps that lasted 3 hours and went away completely and cramps stopped.

Today at 5am i went pee and had even more red red blood (like a full period ) .and cramps .. its now 1230pm and its not red anymore its pinkish when i wipe .. hospitsl didnt bother checking me over said that if it was a moscarrage they csnt do snything . Showed me baby on umtrasound and sent me home.. but im bleeding worse this morning so like ..

Anyone have this ..?? I also had a hematoma at 8 weeks and he said " your 13 weeks ultrasound didnt have a note about it still being there so it must be gone .. didnt bother checking himself to see if maybe they forgot to write it down ..
