Hey so im 32 and I every since my birthday my hormone levels has been changing. This cycle I had was normal. I ovulated on time and did not bd as we are not trying for kids right now. Day 2 after ovulation I noticed my breast started to feel tender. The next day 3rd day after ov I noticed my breast started to swell. Om day 4 after ov I can't fit the cups of my bra. They are spilling out. I also noticed lack of appetite. I was wondering if anyone else in this age range had similar experience with hormone fluctuations.

Another thing I don't know if it has anything to do with thus but I also know women have the power to sync their cycles with other women. Two weeks ago I found out that my sister is 5 weeks pregnant do you think it has anything to do with that even though we live in separate homes and do not spend time together often?

It seems far fetch but im trying to figure out what is wrong with my body and ehat I can do to help it.
