Can’t get tampon past half way in?

Question

So I’ve been trying to get tampons to work for a few months now, I was just trying and I managed to get it half way in, ( which is way more than ever before) but no matter what angle I put it at, it wouldn’t go in any further. I’m starting to get a bit frustrated now as I don’t know what else to do.

I haven’t worn a tampon in… pshhh 8 years or something but when I used to I needed to bend forward and bum outward and put the tampon in toward my tail bone

we’ve all been there! This is some ways it could help. You could start by putting your lep on on the toilet or counter and relax yourself (this will help a lot). That could help you too fit it in. If this does not end up working you could use a lubricant to put around the tampon to help it slip right in! If you don’t have lubricant you can always use coconut oil and put it around the tampon and it should slip right in!

Are you relaxed enough? I know when I’m tense I won’t be able to get my tampon in all the way.
