Vitamin deficiency during breastfeeding
I‘ve gotten really bad at taking my vitamins here recently and I’m also breastfeeding and 4 months pp. I feel like I’m starting to become vitamin deficient so I started taking my vitamins again and trying to eat better. Can breastfeeding cause you to become vitamin deficient if you aren’t taking anything?
